Appointments Are Compulsory to Submit Your Application

To further facilitate all applicants, it is compulsory to make appointment online before you visit the Visa Center to submit your application.

 

Applicants with emergency matters who failed to make appointment online shall be dealt with on a case by case basis upon request by the Visa Center staff of relevant documents or written explanation. Service is not guaranteed.

Only application submission is subject to online appointments, paying and collecting your visa and passport are not required to make an appointment.

For ungent service, you need to submit before 11:30am, so please make sure you book the right time slot.

 

To make an appointment, please do the followings:

1.       Visit  http://www.visaforchina.org/YTO_EN/

2.       Click Quick Access—enter here

3.       Click Appointment—ENTER

4.       Fill in the information, then click Next. Please check your email address in case the appointment is cancelled due to certain reasons, automatic notice of cancellation will be sent to you via email.

5.       Select the date and time slot to submit your application. (Individual Appointment only). Please be reminded that up to 5 passports are allowed for each appointment. Every passport number must be entered into the “Passport Number “ space.  No passport can be processed if the passport number is not entered.

6.       Print the appointment sheet.

7.       If you do not have a printer, please write down the appointment number and the date and time slot you booked.

Visit the Visa Center 20 minutes before your booked time slot and show your appointment sheet (or number, date and time slot) to the receptionist for a queue number and wait for your number to be called to submit your application. If you book an appointment between 9.00am-10.00am, please arrive a few minutes before 9.00am when the Visa Center opens.
